This month we celebrate 1 year of Hula Hoop classe

This month we celebrate 1 year of Hula Hoop classes in Lismore! 🎉🍾 Some of these fab ladies have been with me since the beginning and it's so awesome to see their progress.

Our intermediate students are now progressing to 2 hoop tricks 💪🏼 They learnt all these tricks plus this little twin hoop choreography in just one class. Legends!

Class dates are now up on the website for our next term of classes in Lismore, Ballina and Melbourne. The next term starts in just a couple of weeks, so get in the hoop with us and let's keep that lil tush of yours warmed up in the cooler months 🍑🔥

📣 Well stop the press, hoops are taking over Ballina and we're gonna be bigger than the big prawn 🦐Thanks @ballinatimes for the front page feature. It's been so fabulous to get our hula hoop classes started in Ballina town this year 🌊🌈

After successfully starting our classes in Lismore exactly a year ago now (happy anniversary Lismore hoopers!), we're now spinning those hoops all over the Northern Rivers ⭕⭕⭕

Feeling nervous about taking the leap into the most fun class in town?? Our students are mostly aged 30-60, all levels of fitness, all total beginners to the hoop when they start classes and all feel like they're going to be the worst and least coordinated in the class. So you're not alone! Come turn that fear into courage and then into joy as you realise you absolutely can spin that hoop! 💪🏼

We're back in Ballina this Monday 6-7:15pm for a short 4-week term and there's just 2 spots left in the class. DM if you want in! ⚡🩷⚡
